Each session begins with compassionate listening to hear what is on your heart and what you would like to heal. Aimed in that direction, I guide you through personalized inner movement that supports the fulfillment of your intention, deepens self-awareness, releases trauma embedded in your body, mind, and emotions, restores your inner balance, and transforms your experience and expression of your complete authentic self. The effect feels like an internal massage! Sessions are offered and age appropriately adapted for adults, teens, and children.
